Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Cancel Your Order

Before Your Order is Dispatched

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by:

Time Limits for Cancellation

  • Standard goods: 14 days from the day you receive the goods
  • Multiple items ordered together but delivered separately: 14 days from when you receive the last item
  • Goods delivered in multiple lots or pieces: 14 days from when you receive the last lot or piece
  • Regular deliveries over a set period: 14 days from when you receive the first delivery

Returning Goods

If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.

Return Process

  1. Contact us to obtain return authorisation and return address
  2. Package items securely in original packaging where possible
  3. Include your order number and reason for return
  4. Send items to the address we provide
  5. We recommend using a tracked postal service

Return Costs

  • Our error: We will pay for return shipping if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • Change of mind: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods 

Goods must be returned:

  • In original condition
  • With all accessories and packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.

Refund Method

We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

When Refunds are Processed

  • Before goods are returned: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest
  • After goods are returned: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items

Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

The right to cancel does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Services fully performed before the end of the cancellation period with your prior express consent
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which you have unsealed
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines
  • Accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or leisure services for a specific date
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty or damaged, different rights may apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Short-term right to reject: 30 days from receipt
  • Right to repair or replacement: If goods don't conform to contract
  • Right to price reduction or final right to reject: After attempted repair or replacement

Digital Products

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium:

  • Cancellation period ends when download begins with your prior express consent
  • You acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once download commences
